NZ Delivery Information

Shopping online with Silver Cross is not only safe and secure, but we also offer a range of delivery options through one of the Australia's most reliable couriers.

We deliver to all New Zealand addresses. Please read the information below to help you understand our range of delivery options and to make sure that there is an option and cost that suits you before you order online.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive email notification from Premium Brands, the Australian and New Zealand Distributors of Silver Cross products. Please check your Junk and Spam folders of your email client in the event your notification is not found in your inbox.

Our Silver Cross New Zealand branch allows for the delivery and collection of goods to and from addresses in New Zealand only. There may be an additional delivery or collection charges and extended delivery times in some areas.

Please see our Delivery Schedules tab below for more information on delivery times. For clarity, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Large or bulky items, including prams, nursery cotbeds or drawers, cannot be delivered to a Post Office or a PO Box.

Signature On Delivery

If your order contains a high-value item, or something that cannot be hidden at the time of delivery, we may require signature at the time of delivery. This ensures you are the one that actually receives the item and there is no theft involved. You may opt to give "Authority to Leave" however, if a signature waiver is requested for an order, Silver Cross removes all responsibility from the order once the order is marked as "delivered" with the Carrier.

Silver Cross will view this order as complete and any loss or theft on the order must be taken by the customer to the Carrier. Silver Cross is not responsible for any claims once the item is marked as delivered and a signature option was waived by the customer.


We make every effort to ship all orders by the expected shipping date, however, on occasion we can experience delays outside of our control.

Below acts as a guide only for the estimated delivery time of your order once your product leaves our warehouse. Please note that some regional areas may require a longer period to arrive.

North Island

Up to 10 business days.

Rural North Island and South Island

Up to 15 business days.

Courier Acknowledgement

Please note that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your information to appear in the freight company's system.

Silver Cross reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice. Walker Logistics is our nominated Freight Courier for our larger items including our prams. For smaller items such as accessories, these will be shipped using New Zealand Couriers.

When you purchase an item that is on Pre-Order, that item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated dispatch date that is outlined on the product page.
