Warranty Claim

Once your form has been submitted our Customer Care Team will make contact within 48-72 hours. Once your claim has been approved, we will send a replacement part or request to have your pram returned to be repaired or provide details of where it can be taken for repair. If we are sending a spare part, you will receive an email with dispatch details and a tracking number. If your pram needs to be returned to our service centre, you will receive an email with a claim number (RA number).
